Our villa is situated within the private community of Sabal Harbour. The community provides a variety of amenities and activities available free for residents to use. These include a large community pool with sunbathing areas, two floodlit all-weather tennis courts, a full size basketball/volleyball court and a safe children's play area.

The villa is located only 20 minutes from the beautiful Gulf Coast white sandy beaches of Sarasota, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key.

Anna Maria Island beaches stretch for seven and a half miles. It is the perfect place for those that want to capture the true spirit of Florida.

Bradenton Beach connects Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. On Longboat Key's northern tip are some of the areas best seafood restaurants and an outstanding view over Sarasota Bay. It can only be accessed through two bridges located at the north and south of the island.

Siesta Beach is known for having the whitest and finest sand in the world. The area offers a wide range of water sports, fishing and other activities.

Holmes Beach connects Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beaches. It offers some of the islands finest dining and an array of Boutiques and shops.

In addition to the beautiful beaches, the villa is within easy reach of many other attractions. The area is renowned for it's golf courses, offering something for everyone. If shopping is more for you, then choose from a variety of shops and malls, all within a 15 minute drive. The superb Ellenton shopping outlet offers discounted brands with approx. 150 well known stores eg. GAP, Ralph Lauren, Osh Kosh, Villeroy & Bosch, Nike, Reebok, Saks 5th Avenue to name a few. If you want to experience something with a little more elegance and style, visit St Armands Circle offering unique boutiques and gourmet restaurants.

Florida is also famous for its wildlife. The Everglades are just 2 hours drive south from the villa. Myakka State Park is just 30 minutes away and boasts many of the states birds as well as alligators and other wildlife. There is a tree-top canopy walk with stunning views of the preserve and you can also take a trip on an airboat on the lake.
